2. CONDITIONS OF PROMOTION , SALE OF SERVICES , ACTIVITIES AND PACKS
The conditions for contracting all services, activity and packages will be sent in writing and are established by the service providers and by the special conditions established as organizer and/or commissioner of Your Welcome DMC , SL.
All groups will make a deposit as a guarantee of the service, activity or pack contracted, the rest of the payment will be made as agreed in the conditions that you will have in writing by email of these services. When you book with us you agree to pay the prices and conditions quoted at the time of booking. If you do not pay the full amount within the specified time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and we have the right to keep the deposit made in the full amount of the reservation. In this case, you will be responsible for the cancellation. If the number of participants included in the pack, service or product initially reserved is not reached, those who have confirmed their place and made the reservation may be obliged to pay the full amount of the pack in order to maintain all the services, products or packs contracted as indicated in the reservation.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments and reservations will be made by bank transfer to the account number attached to the email with the conditions, you can also pay by credit card or debit card from the website.
5. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If a complaint or problem arises during the service, activity or pack you should immediately call the Youre welcome DMC SL representative at the emergency contact number listed on your itinerary. If you do not call and report any problems or issues for us to resolve, we will not be held responsible for those complaints.
Any claim between the reserved and received services must be communicated in writing both to Youre Welcome DMC SL and to the entity providing the final service. All the services, activities or packages reserved by this agency may be subject to possible variation or changes for reasons beyond the agency’s control. In case of cancellation of the service, activity or pack due to » force majeure «, the agency will return to the client the amount received to make the deposit minus the management fees.
